Design logo options (3) based on handdrawn ideas- palette given

I have a pdf with lots of notes in, some background/ a mood board, for a new marine based skincare startup brand launching 2021,. It includes three concepts that I’ve hand drawn and I’d like to see copied/ worked with, but also am happy to have your own creativity included as long as I also have my ideas drawn.
I’d like someone who is happy to discuss and undertake a video call if anything is unclear in the document, and ideally I’d like to see things delivered this week if at all possible.
Note I’m quite creative but my document is effectively hand drawn and coloured pdf (I created it with my Apple Pencil in GoodNotes) and is not adobe like - there are a lot of notes and explanations included in the file but I’m sure a creative will be able to decipher these and if anything is unclear, will be prepared to work with me to get clarification, I Have merely posted a sample page of the pdf as I really don’t want to post all on here!
