Design & Improve Our draft logo

We are looking for a nice simple but current/modern/sharp logo design based on, and very similar to the screenshots attached. We need the logo in the correct formats for website and print. We need someone with an understanding of design who can show us a couple of their ideas before we say yes. We have tried this before but the people we tried did not quite understand the brief. Once we say yes it's done basically.
