Design a simple logo and favicon

Hi,

We need some help designing a simple logo and favicon for our company.
- the company is called CUANTIFIC
- it builds algorithms used by traders on financial markets (Wall Street, London Stock Exchange)
- our clients who will be seeing the logo the most are big banks

We like :
- we like the font from the attached logo, so something like that for the company name would be great
- in terms of favicon something very simple like 3 growing bars from a bar chart, or an up arrow, or something symbolising good financial results may be an idea. But we are open to any creative input


Deliverables for this project would be
- the CUNATIFIC logo (like the attached)
- the same logo with the suffix "-AI" attached to it, so "CUANTIFIC-AI"
- the favicon to go next to the logo
- a simple choice of colors (this is banking so nothing flashy, 2-3 colors max)
- high res image files of the above (mostly for use in pdf and ppt)
- RGB codes of the retained colors
