Design a professional logo with unlimited revisions

We offer concierge services for your vacation rental (e.g. airbnb) and are looking for a creative person who can design a logo for our business, by following the next steps:

1. We provide you with some detailed guidelines (see attached file) and promptly clarify any additional questions you might have
2. You provide us with 3-5 Logo Concepts (see attached example of 3-5 concepts)
3. We choose 1 Logo Concept (one for each of the 2 domains we have registered - clarification: we registered 2 .com domains and will launch the business with minor differences on both domains. You will actually create 2 logos, using the same guidelines)
4. You provide us with draft logos, based on the chosen concept for our feedback and comments
5. You offer UNLIMITED revisions of the logos
6. We pick our final logos (remember, one for each domain) and you provide us with a FULLY editable (e.g. layers are not merged, fonts not rendered, etc.) Adobe Illustrator file
7. Artworks have to be 100% original concepts created to suit our needs: NO Clip Arts nor Cookie Cutter Templates
8. Ownership: We will own 100% rights to any and all artwork produced by you for our project
9. Turnaround: Initial concepts within 2 days, with further revisions within 24 hours. We commit to replying to your enquiries within a couple of hours so you do not waste time waiting. We can also do calls or chat, if needed.
10. Payment Terms: No advance payment will be made to you, ONLY Escrow account funding
