Design a new vector logo in photoshop format

Hi,
I need a logo created in phototshop for a new business which provides ticketing solutions for events/conferences etc. Event organisers set-up their event online, users can pre-book tickets and are sent them via email, and then, at the event, a simple mobile App is used to update the database using a scan of the QR code sent out on the email ticket. The application is called tktServe and will be at www.tktServe.com. We have no current preference for colours, fonts etc. and we will build the website around the logo.

I am looking for 3 or 4 draft logo designs to choose from, then work on a selected one (or combination of 2 or more into a single logo), which I then need created in photoshop psd format. The logo will be scaleable and have a transparent background.

Please let me know prices/offers as I am keen to kick off the project straight away, with a new logo being completed within 7-10 days hopefully.
