Design a logo a leaflet and poster

I'm looking for a modern 1930's style A4 poster and A5 2pp leaflet to be designed with a look and feel of the attached art deco inspired posters and I've attached a typeface that I like, though I wouldn't want you to purchase it if you didn't have it, please suggest a cheap alternative if thats the case.
I like the bold designs, splitting the page with bold graphic blocks of colour, see the examples of stylised posters in the screengrab below (The screengrab with multiple images). I like the colours used in the kids wallpaper attached, please use as a guide. I can only attach 3 x references at the moment.

As this is a childrens' holiday art school it needs to have a slightly upbeat feel through the palette, the example of colourways are brighter than the palette's used at the time and it needs to be non gender specific. We are appealing to parents more than the kids themselves. We are doing photography over the weekend of kids in the art classes having fun and these will need to be included at least 2 or 3 pics on the leaflet and poster and the copy can be supplied by the weekend. We also need a logo to be created, something circular with the text breaking out of the elipse would be good.
