Design a Logo

Type of logo: There are 2 parts to this design - Word mark (my name), Abstract mark (initials)
Ideas for the visual style: abstract mark developed as my initials, my name in fancy text
Things to avoid:
name must be 2 lines (1 line makes it hard to scale on other things
the abstract mark, my initials needs to be clean and simple.

Preferred colors: red, dark blue, black, orange, silver
Where the design will be used: website, business card, letter head
Extra notes: I am looking for a logo which I can use on website initially.

Deliverable
favicon - 16x16, transparent PNG file - of my initials which form part of the logo
logo file with both abstract mark and word mark in multiple file sizes and types
identification of fonts used, colors used
images must be scalable to be used on website
need the original files that the artwork is created in so future edits/changes can be made
