Creative logo for a comic/collectable business

Hello,

I'm looking for a logo for a comic/collectable business that gives off the vibe of retro Late-80s to Mid-90s comic book covers and logos. I've attached an image of Midtown Comics logo which sells similar products to what I will be selling and their design with a planet and over exaggerated buildings coming off the surface really interests me because it fits really well with my business name, the Titan Comics logo also gives another perspective I like on the whole space/planet idea. Also included a logo for Hangar18 because it gives off the old school comic vibe while still being somewhat modern and would be open to having a logo that is similar to that if the other idea doesn't work out.

For colours I would want something that matches the same era as the art style so bright, eye catching colours that will make the logo standout.
