Create PNG and jpeg logo

I have a rough idea of what I want but I need someone to create this for me and send me high quality files as they are going to be used for printing and on website.

I need the logo to have no background.

Along with full sized print ready files I also need
. 480x120 pixels
. 100x100 pixels

I have attached 2pics of what I want but obviously created so they are sharp and clean looking. I need the two styles created the bird above text and the bird at side of text.
