Create a logo

Dream Properties is a real estate holding company, in panama and colombia, where it develops commercial properties, income producing, and manages the properties through time. Dream Properties has 5 different projects at the time which each one has its own logo. I dont like one of the logos and I am looking for someone that can help me create a business trendy logistic type of logo since the project that I want the logo for is:
CILA: industrial park, for manufacturing industry, for logistics and more services. (It is WITHOUT the "M" at the end) CILA.

I will attach the logo that I have and I would like to also work with other colors, maybe the same chocolate but instead of green a blue. Or I will let you be creative.
