Concept Logo Needs Refinement

We have created a logo for a new online review platform for international schools throughout the world. This business will eventually go into international education recruitment, personal development, and more. We have created the attached concept and would like some professional refinement to make it look like an actual brand. We like the colours that have been used, but we would like the refined logo to come in many different colour palette examples, so we can choose the one we prefer.
