Computerised/Cartoon Style Logo of a wheel/tyre man.

I would like a logo designing of a figure/mascot I can use for a new business venture. The business is a tyre fitting business and I would like a modern, 3D looking cartoon mascot we can use as the logo beside the company name. I see the colours being red, blue and white. I will attach below a similar sort of thing although I would like an original design. I think a good way to do that would be to give it a separate head arms and legs and just use the tyre to be the body. I would also like the man to slightly resemble someone, who has black square glasses and slicked back dark blonde hair. Thanks.
