Company Logo Design

We are rebranding our business to be named Exotopic and require a logo. The business is based on science and innovation consulting. The name has been chosen as it has a scientific sound but actually means to think outside of the box, or to explode out of the page. I would like the logo to represent these themes. I am also interested to consider a version with X O standing out, as this may work as a shortened version of the name.

Further I would like alternate versions of the logo that work on white and coloured backgrounds.
