Company Logo [branding] design concepts.

I am looking for a new logo designed based on my company name. My company designs and manufactures various brands of 100% natural and organic skincare that has been scientifically tested for effect and in the future will also do herbal remedies and makeup. As a company we are glamorous, chic but eco with strict ethics in regards to the environment and animal welfare.

I would like something simple with maybe one feature that stood out. Maybe also something distinctive that even the shape would give it away.

I don't want something that looks cartoony or too colourful.
