Client Logo Editing

I need 9 jpeg logos moved into PNG with transparent backgrounds and horizontal canvas size of 200x100.

For each of these 9 images I need the following colours (45 images in total) and the .ai file for the black version:

#535EC1
#E82E72
#000000
#F0814A
#FFFFFF
