Clean minimalistic logo for

Hello,

I am in need of a very clean and minimalistic logo designed and given in all formats. .png needs to be included.
You will have to follow very specific guidelines and I have attached the sample images below.
The logo:

Needs to be in the same format of the "Bohemian design" central image logo.
The words at the bottom of logo need to be substituted with, "Britannia Berg". On separate lines as per image and in a similar classical font.
The rounded rectangle outline is to be kept but internally the flower like image needs to be replaced with a stag. I have attached this below.
The entire logo needs to British racing green in color. I have not attached this but it's a common color and anything similar will be fine.

Please use your visual skills to place everything centrally and proportionately. If possible, I need this done promptly.
