Christmas Logo / Xmas card

We have an existing logo for our business and would like it making a bit more festive - e.g. a hat putting on / shiny red nose / tinsel ?? This will be used on all our internal forms and also will be put onto our vans using magnetic temporary signs - so need quality artwork in Adobe Illustrator native files please. See attached logo and van.

Would also like a design for a christmas card, using our logo, vans etc ? Any ideas considered.
