Change Communications Branding

Context: Involved in a change management effort for an international oil company. We have recently completed the first round of validation for the vision and key messages, and have an idea of the emotions we want the brand to resonate with. As the change management programme covers over 20 projects, we want to develop a logo and key visuals that will make it instantly recognizable and emotionally relevant to its audience.

Key deliverables:
1. Logo
2. 3x Posters (A4 landscape)

As the project will span multiple countries (Indonesia, Singapore, India, China), it would be best if the logo can apply and connect equally across cultures.

Requirements: Looking for an experienced logo designer that can guide me through the process, independently refer to existing materials, and highlight important questions that need to be raised to the client. Previous experience with change management or communications branding would be ideal.
