Change a Logo already made - keep the same colours/font

I need a designer to take the attached logo and create a new logo using the exact same colours and the exact same font. All I need to change is the name of the brand.

I will need the new logo to be in various shapes and sizes so that it can act as the avatar for social media channels and also for branding on the new website.

The name of the new brand will be provided to the freelancer selected to do the job.

Please make sure you can design the exact same font as this before you offer to do this. (I don't know the name of the font.)

Also, feel free to show 3 of your best logo designs with your response.

Preference will be shown to freelancers who can do the work in 3 days or less.
