Caricature style logo design

I'm looking for a Caricature style logo to be produced as possibly pixel style artwork, possibly 16bit style? I'd like it to be a man behind a macbook, with the name of the business below it in a similar style...possibly minecraft style... or maybe something like this: (the one on the right https://goo.gl/images/xPGLyk)

It needs to be produced as an EPS/vector artwork so I can use it for print etc. Ideally you'd be au fait with this style of work. I'm a graphic designer myself but just can't get this working! Feel free to touch base with me and I'll answer any questions I'm sure you'll have.
