Bright, happy cartoon type logo with heads/head and shoulders of 10-12 characters

Extra notes: I need a logo showing faces of various types, European, Indian, Chinese, man, woman, children, different professions and jobs clustered around an image of a flat computer keyboard.  It looks like ten or twelve faces altogether. The keyboard can be the one that's shown.  The name of the business isn't that shown above (I'll let you know the correct business name) but it wil be an online business.  The logo can't be too 'high', it will sit at the top of the web page.  But it also needs to be able to 'work' when it's used on an e-mail heading too.  I'd like some small birds swallow type, just a couple, sort of circling round the wording and perhaps a blue sky with some nice clouds sort of background at the top and maybe at the bottom too. I would liket to use a particular font for the wording but I don't know if that will work until I see it.  The whole thing about the logo is that it's a big feel-good thing, you smile when you see it.
