Branding - mainly logo design and other branding material

We are looking for a creative designer to design a clever logo and brand pack for us.

The project:

Flexible workers and small companies need a way to book coworking space, private offices, dedicated or hot desks effortlessly. There is currently a huge surge in the amount of coworking spaces popping up. There are only a handful of booking sites available for this purpose. Users will be able to see as much info on the site as possible and our aim is to provide a secure and friendly booking site for them to book immediately. It is sort of the air bnb / booking.com for the office space market. There is a 50/50 split male/female in the user demographics

We don't have any visuals that we have in mind, but we can send you the links to our 'competitors'. We have another little sticking point, which is we will be launching studyinspaces & weddinspaces shortly after. Studyinspaces will be a booking site for students to book language courses online and weddinspaces would be for booking wedding venues online.

So ideally the branding should be able to compliment these lines.

We really need the logo and branding to be clever, modern and minimalistic.

We will also need a brand book as it is a new project.
