Brand/logo design

I need someone to design an exciting and vibrant logo for our upcoming festival. The logo needs to be a brand concept, so needs to come with a complete toolkit of how the logo can be used on websites and on point of displays, flyers, letterheads and business cards. It needs to be a whole story/concept.

The project is called Bradford Food and Lifestyle Mela
Background - It's an annual festival which showcases the best of food, fashion and music encompassing Bradford's rich South Asian community and heritage and culture.
The event includes a fashion show, cookery theatre, masterclasses, food stalls, fairground, dancers and music stage. So the logo/brand needs to encompass all of this. The slogan is: Food, Fashion and Funtertainment for all the Family.

Needs to be able to incorporate sponsor logos too, such as XYZ company present the BFLM in association with. So if you can show those presentations too.
