Band logo design and single cover artwork

I need a designer who can produce a logo and cover art work for my first digital release so will need to be familiar with the requirements for spotify, apple music etc. I have attached a very rough idea for the single artwork, if you have any questions please contact me. Budget is flexible, looking to build a relationship with someone as this is the start of an on-going project with several releases planned each year. I would ideally like to have the package ready to release in approx 4 weeks.
