Animating a 2D logo (Vancouver Canada)

Hi,
I'm a music producer, and I'm looking for an animator who can help animate my logo that'll be placed in my youtube channel's intro.
The logo is rather complicated, so I'm thinking it might take a few hours to finish.
If it's possible I'd like to watch while you work so in case if I want to modify it in future I might be able to do it myself. So it'd be better if you're in Vancouver.
It'd be nice if you can provide your portfolio when applying. The budget here is just a placeholder, let me know if you have a higher or lower hourly rate.
I have attached the logo, we can talk about the details of animation later.
