Amendment of existing logo

I have an existing logo which needs to be amended. I only have the logo as a lo-res file. You will also need access to the Nimbus Sans Condensed Bold font. The finished logo will look something like the attached rough draft I have created. In summary the work is as follows:

1. Create new logo using Nimbus Sans Condensed Bold
2. Add new stamp design from scratch (the sample cannot be used)
3. All files, png, jps, eps etc.
