A logo representing my electronics and web services

This logo should represent a kind of private network, offering different digital (internet) services (like a kind of wikipedia, a cloud service like dropbox, a own mailing service, etc...). Therefore I need a logo which is used as a template for all of those service.
It doesn't need to be playful or advanced. Just the text "ShadowGhost.Net" should also be epitomized somehow. Maybe with a simple ghost in the background, or by making it look like a stream of zeros and ones... More long in the x-axis than in the y-axis - similar to a web banner.
At the top or in the background filling out the whole length - the string "ShadowGhost.NET" - at the bottom a empty (paper/ very simple antic?) banner big enough to keep a few words (e.g. Owncloud, Wikipedia, mail services). So the logo becomes a kind of cooperate identity template for the services where I'll put the text of the service into the bottom banner.
Here I'm fully open for your suggestions and concepts.
Well colors: simple, white, grey, black, not to much colors - maybe something looking "electronic" or "digital".
So Watching the logo should tell the user: This is a ShadowGhost.Net Service - digital, modern, and the ghost as brand recognition.
Don't worry about the ghost. It can be very very simple or whatever you have in mind. As said - I'm open for your suggestions and concepts.
