A logo and favicon

Hi, I need a logo design please, for a Will Writing Business. The logo will be autumn colours and able to use on the website and stationary I.e. business cards etc. It’s a highly professional and expert business and needs a suitable logo to inspire trust, professionalism and also upmarket.

It’s not a huge budget but will consider all offers. The font can be similar (but not the same as) to the logo below. The design I had in mind is the pencil drawing, the tree of life. But again, am very open to all ideas.
The name of the company is Cavendish Provincial Wills.
