Customer facing electronics skilled engineer required for
• Calling back clients with technical queries relating to new electronics based product projects opportunities.
• Project management between customer and engineering department to ensure technical requirements have been captured on outgoing proposals.
• Technical project management and liaison with customers and technical team for existing projects.
• Ideally have working knowledge of software applications. In so much as to construct a specification with a customer for the technical team to evaluate.
• Able to be available long term to maintain customer service throughout lifecycle of projects
• 95% home based possible 5% technical face to face support and rare customer visits for prototype delivery checking/debugging.
Please note there is no requirement for any actual electronics development work as this is carried out by our engineers.

We have a team of hardware, firmware, software and mechanical engineers alongside capabilities within patenting advisory services.
We offer customers the ability to outsource their electronics based product development to ourselves.
Estimated Hours per month (20-30 hours)
We have circa 10 enquiries per month from new clients of which 3 are likely to require technical liaison alongside this we would require customer project management (being the link between engineering and the customer). We wish for these customers to be called back within 24hours, talk through their requirements, instil confidence in our services and then pass to engineering to provide quotation for sales department.
