Tattoo Design

I am looking for talented tattoo designer who can create two 'arm' tattoo designs for me:

(1) A dragon gliding on top sea waves (japanese style)

(2) A phoenix rising from the flames

Also one back of the neck design

(3) A peacock feather

I am looking for someone who has their own unique style and energy. The ideal person would be creative and definitely done tattoo work before (if you haven't please do not apply)
