T-shirt design / card designs / other merchandise

hi.
I am looking for someone to help me with t-shirt designs and Merchandising. I want to be able to upload them onto platforms where people can order directly so need advice and help to do so after the designs have been done and approved.
I am looking to start with 5 t-shirts. This is my priority and want to get this done asap.

I am also wanting to get birthday and cards designed - 4 to start.

If all goes well I want to do other merchandise as well such as note books, coffee cups etc.

I do have some idea of what I would like but need someone with really good design skills who can also think conceptually to make it look professional and t-shirty cool.
I want to combine a photo with words for a couple of the t-shirts AND
there will be some drawing so need someone with really good art drawings skills to capture the personality of my cat in simple design

The cards will mostly be drawings so need someone to make it super special

The idea is to do merchandise off the back of my TikTok account for my cat who has become famous for tapping stones. His name is Gavin and he is a bengal cat, with the TT account of ' Oh Gavin ' or 'OhGavinOhGavin' , not sure which one you search to find it.

This is a very personal project for me so I am not interested in someone who just churns out designs, it needs a personal touch. He has real character and need someone who can FEEL and experience him to work on this please

I don't know what to expect to pay so need suggestions
