Soft plush toy production/manufacturer

I am a small shop owner selling handmade modern plush toys for babies.

The plush toys are made from screen printed kona cotton and plush cuddle fabric. They measures approx 9cm x 20cm. Each toy also comes with a rattle insert. Each rattle is a small disc shape that is sewn into a small pouch before being stuffing inside the toy. The milk bottle fronts are lined with fusible interacting to stop the stuffing from potentially going through the fabric.

I am looking for a local manufacturer/ sew house/ seamstress manufacture these toys. The quantities are still to be decided but at the moment I am looking at about 100-150 toys each month. Each toy must comply with EU regulations and be CE certified.
