I am moving out in a couple of weeks and I won't get my deposit back until I have the dog damage repaired. My naughty dogs have chewed skirting boards and a door frame. I just need someone to replace the skirting in a very small boot / boiler room and splice a new section into the door frame.
Need this done before 27th Jan.
