Product designer

Hello, I am reposting this job, much time has gone by unfortunately, so I need someone to work fast. I am looking for someone to design a product associated with outdoor refuse. I have a very limited budget! I already have a rough concept of the product but of course am not a designer so am looking for someone to give me a complete design so I may have a prototype or finished sample produced ready to show to potential retailers. If you also have any experience, getting samples made, taking a product to market then that would be a bonus. This product needs to look attractive, be very functional and simple, robust and easy to assemble. I look forward to hearing from you. I live in North Finchley, North London so ideally would prefer a London designer but of course this is not set in stone. Thanks
