Plans for houses to be drawn in sketchup

I already have my ideas and I have drawn a ground floor and some further drawings.
It is plans for house extension and a row of 6 houses in the garden to my specification. the six houses are town houses 6x6mtrs 4 floors four bedrooms
Also plans of existing plot need cleaning up
please do not start on this project without my say so and agreement upfront on costs.
Please advise costs of plans I will need a digital copy as it is the digital copy that gets sent in.
