Pencil/ink style 'historic' portrait

This is a bit unusual, but I am looking for someone to draw a realistic imagined portrait of a real historic character based on a few very poor painted portraits of him. I would like it to be in the style of the 18/19th century drawings attached. The portrait needs to not resemble any known portraits of the person, so the angle of the 'subject' needs to be different. Some imagination will be required to determine what he looks like from pictures we have, but we cannot directly copy or derive something from an existing portrait for reasons of copyright.

I will need to see example pencil/ink work for anyone bidding and I will need to assert a perpetual licence to reuse the work you create for either commercial or non-commercial purposes.
