Packaging & Logo for a Biltong Artisan Business

I need logo and package design for a Traditional South African product that will be made in Japan and sold to the Japanese market. The packaging and logo should be modern with a traditional feel and that infuses some Japanese elements.
The name of the business or label is OishiiBiltong.
