Packaging Design for Phone Accessory

We are looking to get an outer sleeve designed for a mobile phone accessory - tempered glass. I have attached the template just as a jpg and labelled what each panel is. I have the blank Illustrator .ai template for the actual job.

The design we have a pretty good idea of what we want, the logo is designed, colours chosen. We would need some sort of illustration of tempered glass on there, so a sheet of shaped glass - maybe there is a stock photo option available here?

Little logos would need adding, for the following (these would need creating by the yourself):

9H Hardness
Scratch Resistant
Bubble Free
Crystal Clarity
Anti Fingerprint
Ultra Thin

We can supply any text required and give guidance of what we want. We'd also like a QR code adding to the rear which will go through to a installation instructions video on YouTube. Obviously we will be sorting all that and would supply the QR code.
