Need an artist to draw a 1/2 tattoo sleeve

Looking for help in designing a 1/2 sleeve tattoo going from the wrist to the elbow. Was looking for a tribal design, have a few reference photos, and incorporated with the design bring in the images of the Factions from the movie Divergent. Looking to have the Faction symbols on my forearm with the tribal design coming off of them. Like the 3rd photo but with the Factions upright (rotate 90 degrees clockwise)

One idea I had was to try and incorporate the original artwork on the rest of the design as apart of the tribal but that would be at the artists discretion.

Requirements will be that is black and white sketch.
The white areas inside the Faction Symbols (the circles down the center) will be in black light tattoo ink.
From elbow to wrist my arm measures 11IN / 27.94CM.
