Mylar Bag Packaging design

I need an individual or company to take our logo and design some eye catching packaging. We intende to use 4x4 and 2x2 bags at this time. When the canidate is choosen, you will be asked to design more product solutions for us.
You will need to deliver three different concepts. After this you will be expected to give at least three revision rounds. You will deliver the design with full ownership for us as the client. You will only deliver in illustrator or photoshop files and you will be expected to deliver the final as a jpg and png along with the orginal files. You will not be paid until the project is complete. No partial payments and no reduces payments for half finished work. We are looking for a parnter to grow with.
