Looking for a logo and package design for a unique tea blend

We are looking for a logo and package design for our first product launch. We are currently developing a unique tea blend and want our branding and packaging to really stand out against our competitors.

We have already chosen the size and format of the package. The package will be a 130mm x 210mm stand up pouch. We can have these custom printed. Our manufacturer can provide us with various finishes from paper, kraft and recyclable plastic. They can be printed all over, front and back.

Looking for someone with experience in creating striking packaging design, that get's our message across and isn't afraid to think outside of the box.
