Logo design

REPOST I need an artist to draw a concept ... I'm getting computer designers and there is no evidence they can draw - it is more manipulating pictures and text... not what I need... Your portfolio need to show you can draw a concept... like a tattoo or illustration. See art in uploads...

Need two logos for business I have concept design ready for creative completion.

The marijuana leaf is not mine yet I want a similar design with green on white background with the similar 420 overlay. It will be used for stationary, t-shirts and packaging where the white background should blend away. Or it could have a clear background... Then it need to have "on Main" in very dark green or black across the bottom... like in the pdf. A second leaf will need to have "on 5th" across its bottom. Same leaf etc.

The boat in the collage is the Ravyness. She need a great logo name design to be displayed on her body... and one that can be used for logo on clothing. The examples depict the concept I am looking for - kind of tattoo art where the Raven is flowing and a woman's face and long black hair is within... Ravens means dark haired beauty with wisdom...
