Label Design for a vitamins brand

Looking for a designer who can design a label for a vitamin product. The brand is called "FITAMINS". The product is called "Creatine Monohydrate". The Strength is "3000mg" and the Capsules quantity is "120"

We have attached a template to work with. It's a pdf file which is adobe illustrator compatible. the label should be designed in adobe illustrator. We would recommend not to change the nutrition information and the tables/warnings that are already there. The label size is 150x72mm.

We recommend be creative yet have a minimal approach towards designing the label.

If this label design submission works out well, then that designer will be involved in designing labels for more products in this range.
