Label design

I require 4 designs to be created for labels that will be used for e-liquid bottles. The dimensions of the rectangular label are as follows:
Length: 80mm
Height: 40mm
The chosen designer will have a creative mind and will be able to transform descriptions of designs into finished images. I would also value an individual who can make improvements on my existing ideas and suggest other designs.
