I want a special portrait of me to be made (drawing by hand) and then made into a pic

Hello I want a portrait of me to be made with the clothes and accessories that I will send you.
Location I will send it to you a picture then you can use your creativness to do your best the location will be (Varna Bulgaria) but I will send you the exact location picture.
The position that I will be in will be in one of the picture like the guy in the red which I will provide below but on the location that I say and with the clothes that I provide :)
I will provide all of the other stuff like (clothes,accessories,my face, and everything else when we start talking) but I have provided the location and the position that I will want to be in :)
