I need an artist to design me a cd cover for university project

I am looking for an artist to illustrate an album cover for me. It will be used for a final university project, (non-profit) in which I am going to create an e.p of hip hop instrumentals. The title of the E.p is The chop Shop I am looking for a cartoonish/dark vibe to the cover, being a student I am unable to offer huge amounts of money for this but I will pay, please get in touch if you're interested and we can talk ideas and prices, The idea will be exolained and the deadline will be late March but we can discuss these things
