I need a set of 3 pieces of art for home use

I need a designer who can create a set of three piece of art that work vertically. I'm looking for max size 11 inches x 11 inches each and would like it to be a white background, black image with gold highlights using the theme of '3 wise monkeys' (example attached). I don't want monkeys and i want the piece to live well in a modern, contemporary, almost minimalist space.
