I need a professional black and white drawing from old pictures

We require some illustrations for our business..
We are looking for an artists ‘interpretation’ of old rugby players (I have attached an example pic of an England player) and We have total of 9 to be done and we will also require further regular ones in the future.

We want to put a more ‘personal’ feel so including ‘hand drawn’ images would work well with the era of our shirts.

Ideally we are looking for 9 x A4 sketches in black, white and greys.
