I need a portrait doing using traditional methods

I would like a painting done. I have started it but don't have time to finish, or you can start from scratch. Really good reference will be supplied. I have attached a photo here, but will supply a better one to use, initially I would like your best price. I have also attached one I have previously done and want this kind of quality or better if possible. I would like flowers surrounding it. I will again supply reference. I will want to see samples of what you have done previously.
