I need a label for Milk Powder Bags/Sacks

I need a design for a milk powder sack. I have attached a blank template to be used. Then I have attached another artwork with "Mlekovita" brand, this is to show you the areas not to print images on. And finally I attached a sample of how I want mine to look like. We can use only 2 colour printing and I want my colour to be BLUE and YELLOW, and white is the colour of the bag, so it's basically the third colour as a bonus. I will give you my logo once accepted and details for the sack printing
